Hello fellow Enablers,
On Monday we published Episode 250 of CAREER-VIEW MIRROR. (Soundbite and links below).
When we launched the podcast in March 2021, the aim was simple:
to host conversations with senior leaders and rising stars in the automotive and mobility world.
We would celebrate their careers, listen to their stories and learn from their experiences.
I love a meaningful one-to-one, and so this endeavour was not entirely selfless. That intrinsic motivation helped us hit a milestone that few podcasts manage.
For me — and the person listening — I was convinced my guests’ life and career stories would contain valuable, transferable insights, and this proved to be true.
The authenticity and openness of my guests has been remarkable. One by one they allowed us to listen as they reflected on their formative years, the individuals who inspired them, the circumstances they’d found themselves in, and choices they had made.
In our second year we added “Side Mirror” episodes with guest experts or to share some of my own story developing the concept of Fulfilling Performance.
In Episode 250, I share:
